I love the SRS. I do. I go there three+ times a year, and every time it still feels like the USSR. Wonderful.

I shit you not, I had to go home to find the form D-3 on the Internet (doesn't say A WORD about it on the homepage, thank you, Google), print it out and go back to the customer service center.
